About us

We’re a family from Cambridge, England—that have always been drawn to the mountains.

What began as simple winter holidays with our two young daughters soon became something more. Watching them take their first snowy steps and learning to ski at just three years old, we quickly realised how special this place is. So, we took the leap—leaving city life behind to embrace the peaceful, adventurous spirit of Nassfeld and the Carinthian mountains. Four years on, we’ve never looked back. Our girls are fluent in German and fully at home here—just like us (perhaps not as fluent in German).

In that time, we’ve lovingly restored a 300-year-old barn, originally called Haus Binter, preserving its original charm while creating a cosy, welcoming holiday home we’re proud to share.

Whether you're visiting with family or friends, we hope you’ll fall in love with the area as we did.

We’re always happy to share tips on favourite local spots—from ski schools and hikes to cafés and hidden gems.
